Store Policies

The Body Magic Company was founded with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. The store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

 

​We are excited to have you as our customer. The following are a few of our policies to make sure that everybody understands how we conduct business.

 

PAYMENT: We accept all forms of payment except cash and checks on all of our Internet transactions. Your information is secured and never shared with us. This keeps you safe. 

 

PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization. We do keep your email address for sending you information about The Body Magic Company, LLC.​ 

 

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two bars of soap will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.​

 

SHIPPING: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.​ 

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order, send us an email immediately, and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we cannot accept it for return or refund. Our soap and bath products are very personal items, and we are sure you understand why we cannot accept returns.​

 

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our soap for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million bars at $0.07 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.​ 

 

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different, and you must test soaps as you would test anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it on the entire body.
